About This Role

This Attorney role is for a motivated and skilled legal professional to join Brehmer Law LLC in De Pere, WI. The successful candidate will work on various legal matters, providing comprehensive legal representation to diverse clientele and gaining experience across practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Represent clients effectively and advocate on their behalf
• Collaborate closely with the staff at Brehmer Law to develop strategies and favorable outcomes for clients
• Communicate professionally and confidently with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management and resolution
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients, guiding them through complex legal matters and helping them make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar and in good standing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 2-3 years minimum experience preferred but not required, can be entry level

Nice to Have

• 2-3 years minimum experience
• Experience in Estate Planning, Business Law, Real Estate or Employment Law
