The Associate Sales Consultant is a training role focused on assisting with sales goals for luxury homes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a high-quality customer experience from initial visit through move-in.
Responsibilities
- Generate traffic and maintain online presence with updated information for assigned community on Tollbrothers.com, MLS, etc.
- Support Online and Onsite Sales teams to drive internet lead conversion and build relationships with Real Estate Agents.
- Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities, coordinating with marketing for traffic-generating activities.
- Learn to manage the supply of quick delivery homes and complete competitive analysis on products, features, neighborhoods, and amenities.
- Monitor community and model home appearance, demonstrate features and homesites to customers.
- Utilize core applications like Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, and E1 to complete business needs and update customer information.
- Assist in preparing and presenting real estate related documents to customers purchasing a new home.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, building relationships and facilitating the mortgage process with TBI Mortgage and external lenders.
- Assist with weekly communication processes for post-sale customers and deliver closing gifts.
- Attend and participate in all sales meetings.
Requirements
- Weekend availability
- Full-time, 5-day work week availability
- Self-starter, motivated to learn through mentorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years sales and/or customer service experience preferred
