About This Role

Provide exceptional customer service to members of a luxury insurance provider, handling claims, inquiries, and proactively building trust during difficult times.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls from members, taking first notice of loss
• Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions with members
• Provide proactive member outreach and handle service requests to completion
• Focus on empathetic service, active listening, and building trust with members
• Handle follow-ups on glass and tow auto claims, applying coverage, setting reserves, and bringing claims to resolution
• Quickly respond to member and agent inquiries via telephone, email, and mail

Requirements

• Proficient with computer applications and switching between multiple applications
• Ability to remember details, prioritize tasks, and think critically to solve problems
• Strong communication skills over the phone and in writing
• High integrity

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a restaurant, school, or retail store
