The Associate Director, Compliance ensures adherence to governmental requirements by developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, researching issues, and recommending changes. This role involves maintaining relationships with government agencies and coordinating regulatory site visits and corrective action plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Research compliance issues and recommend changes to ensure compliance with contract obligations
- Maintain relationships with government agencies
- Coordinate site visits for regulators
- Coordinate implementation and compliance with corrective action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of compliance experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Advanced experience in compliance, risk management, or managed-care with executive leadership and federal and/or state regulators
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of Medicare rules and member and provider complaints processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 or more years of compliance experience and 2 or more years of management experience
Nice to Have
- MBA, Juris Doctor, or other graduate degree
