Associate Attorney

About This Role

Join a dynamic litigation team in Miami to manage all aspects of complex general liability and professional liability cases. Represent clients in court and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Develop litigation strategies in close collaboration with senior attorneys and partners

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials
• 3-8 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense preferred
• Active license to practice law in good standing
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy capabilities
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
