Join an on-site team in Simi Valley, California, as an Associate Attorney, handling construction and engineering law matters, providing legal counsel, conducting research, and drafting agreements. This role offers hands-on legal work, client interaction, and contribution to case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Handle construction and engineering law matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop legal strategies
• Assist with litigation matters, as needed

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of California law
• Experience in construction and/or engineering law
• Proven ability to provide legal advice and conduct legal research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
