Responsibilities

• Report to the project site daily in Cedar Rapids, IA
• Complete layout as requested and coordinated by the project manager
• Visit the Des Moines office occasionally for coordination and reviews
• Apply comprehensive understanding of field concepts, practices, and procedures
• Collaborate on project planning and coordination
• Insure the quality and precision of survey activities
• Work in all types of terrain and weather conditions
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• 4 years of experience working with a licensed surveyor
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience working with a licensed surveyor

Nice to Have

• Experience with construction staking, boundary surveys, topography surveys, and ALTA surveys
