Support and manage small commercial construction projects as an Assistant Project Manager, overseeing subcontractors on-site and handling all site paperwork. This role provides growth opportunities within a small, expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee subcontractors from the project site trailer
- Manage site paperwork, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Utilize AutoCAD cloud software for project management
- Coordinate with owners and contractors in the field
- Support small commercial construction projects
Requirements
- Field project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD cloud software
- Experience in project management, construction, and construction management
- Proficiency in change order management, RFIs, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction documentation and blueprints
Qualifications
- Field project management experience, construction, and construction management experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in project estimation and engineering
