An Assistant Office Manager is a highly engaged leader focusing on business acumen and developing a patient-focused, goal-oriented team.
Responsibilities
- Effectively execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE)
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with associated doctors
- Enforce all corporate policies and procedures
- Motivate team members and communicate changes supportively
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including monitoring office flow, inventory, and training
- Assist in leading the office through focused support and coaching
- Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients
- Favorable result on background check
- Proof of identity and right to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous leadership experience strongly preferred
Nice to Have
- Previous medical office experience
- Previous leadership experience
- ABO certification
- NCLE certification
