About This Role

An Assistant Office Manager is a highly engaged leader focusing on business acumen and developing a patient-focused, goal-oriented team.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE)
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with associated doctors
  • Enforce all corporate policies and procedures
  • Motivate team members and communicate changes supportively
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, including monitoring office flow, inventory, and training
  • Assist in leading the office through focused support and coaching
  • Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients
  • Favorable result on background check
  • Proof of identity and right to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous leadership experience strongly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Previous medical office experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • ABO certification
  • NCLE certification
