Manage the day-to-day valet operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, strong client relations, and a professional image. Create and implement a successful staging plan to maximize parking capacity while supervising the valet team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction
- Ensure guests receive timely and exceptional service
- Assist guests in and out of their vehicle
- Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and professional manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all areas of the valet operation, major streets, landmarks, and freeways
- Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
- Maintain full compliance to standard operating procedures, ensuring safety and security of vehicles and keys
- Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards
- Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong guest orientation and positive attitude
- Ability to speak clearly, listen, and get clarification
- Ability to write clearly and informatively
Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum of six months of valet experience preferred
