Manage the kitchen operations of a retail location, ensuring proper staffing, food preparation, and customer service. You will also lead day-to-day store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
Responsibilities
- Provide input on recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of store employees
- Provide input into scheduling
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns timely
- Ensure employee compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs
- Follow-up with responses from customer service shops, QA audits, secret shops, and SMG surveys
- Oversee kitchen recipes, proper portioning, and product rotation
- Create build-to's and follow up on orders and store organization
- Manage inventory and identify waste elimination opportunities to keep goods stocked
- Impact cost savings by monitoring waste, expense, and variance
- Oversee food service rollouts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Two-year degree in a business related field preferred.
- One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
