About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations, while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost controls for the shift
  • Oversee inventory control
  • Manage cash control
  • Maintain positive customer relations
  • Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
  • Staff and train team members
  • Handle paperwork and food management
  • Ensure store cleanliness and perfect image
  • Provide great customer service
  • Drive profitability through effective marketing and operations

Requirements

  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
