About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's Pizza shift, including cost and inventory control, cash management, and customer relations, while setting a strong example for the crew and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift
  • Set an example and follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
  • Oversee staffing and complete associated paperwork
  • Manage food preparation and ensure adherence to a schedule
  • Maintain perfect image and store standards, including cleanliness
  • Provide great customer service
  • Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily

Requirements

  • Judgment skills
  • Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
