Manage all aspects of a Domino's Pizza shift, including cost and inventory control, cash management, and customer relations, while setting a strong example for the crew and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift
- Set an example and follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Oversee staffing and complete associated paperwork
- Manage food preparation and ensure adherence to a schedule
- Maintain perfect image and store standards, including cleanliness
- Provide great customer service
- Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
Requirements
- Judgment skills
- Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly)
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
