Lead and manage all aspects of operations during your shift as an Assistant Manager at Domino's, focusing on cost control, inventory, customer relations, and team leadership to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations during the shift
- Set an example by consistently following all company policies and procedures
- Lead a team to sell more pizzas and enhance the customer experience
- Perform staffing, paperwork submission, and food management duties
- Maintain image standards, store cleanliness, and execute marketing initiatives
- Ensure profitability of the store during your shift
- Direct activities, coordinate with coworkers and customers, and make sound judgments
- Greet customers enthusiastically and handle customer concerns positively
- Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment
- Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines
- Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork
- Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously for customer satisfaction and timely delivery
- Navigate designated delivery areas and diverse terrain while carrying product
- Perform basic math calculations accurately and make correct monetary change
- Utilize computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle for operations
