About This Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all store operations, manage employees, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining cost, inventory, and cash control. You are responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly during your shift.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
  • Oversee all store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control
  • Greet customers and take orders courteously
  • Operate the cash register and process payments
  • Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to recipes and baking procedures
  • Deliver products safely and courteously to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company grooming standards

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
