The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations for Domino's, focusing on customer service and team leadership. This role involves managing shifts, handling customer inquiries, assisting with training, and ensuring store cleanliness and financial accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Run shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in math and problem-solving for effective money management and decision-making
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in store operations and point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Access to reliable vehicle that is insured
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
