Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost control, inventory, cash, and customer relations, while supervising a team of 3 to 30 employees. This role offers management training and hourly pay increases as you progress towards becoming a store manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
- Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
- Be responsible for all store operations
- Greet customers and take orders
- Operate the cash register and collect payments
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to recipes and procedures
- Deliver products safely and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
Requirements
- Experience leading a team
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Valid Driver's License
- Access to reliable transportation
- Full open availability
- At least 18 years old
