About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost control, inventory, cash, and customer relations, while supervising a team of 3 to 30 employees. This role offers management training and hourly pay increases as you progress towards becoming a store manager.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
  • Be responsible for all store operations
  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Operate the cash register and collect payments
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to recipes and procedures
  • Deliver products safely and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Full open availability
  • At least 18 years old
