About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost control, inventory, cash, and customer relations, while supervising a team of 3 to 30 employees. This role offers management training and hourly pay increases as you progress towards becoming a store manager.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
Be responsible for all store operations
Greet customers and take orders
Operate the cash register and collect payments
Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to recipes and procedures
Deliver products safely and courteously
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

Experience leading a team
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
Valid Driver's License
Access to reliable transportation
Full open availability
At least 18 years old
