About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage all cost controls during your shift
Oversee inventory control
Handle all cash control operations
Manage customer relations
Set an example for the crew by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
Staff the shift appropriately
Complete all necessary paperwork
Manage food quality and safety
Work to a schedule
Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
Provide great customer service
Ensure punctuality and attendance
Maintain store cleanliness
Assist with local marketing efforts
Contribute to store profitability
