About This Role

Manage operations during your shift at Domino's, overseeing cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations. Lead your team to ensure all policies and procedures are followed, setting an example for exceptional service and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift
  • Set an example by consistently following all company policies and procedures
  • Staff and manage the team effectively
  • Handle paperwork accurately
  • Manage food inventory and quality
  • Work to a schedule
  • Maintain perfect image and adherence to Domino's standards
  • Provide great customer service
  • Ensure store cleanliness
  • Support marketing efforts and profitability

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
  • Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively across diverse groups
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing
  • Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
