About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations, while setting a positive example and leading a team of employees.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
Accountable for all store operations
Greet customers and take orders
Operate cash register and collect payments
Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to recipes and baking procedures
Deliver products safely and courteously to customers
Maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant

Requirements

Experience leading a team
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Valid driver's license
At least 18 years old
