About This Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow from product preparation to customer delivery, and manage team members while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment within the store
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare food products according to company standards
  • Receive and process telephone orders accurately
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility on an approximately daily basis
  • Comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately for monetary transactions
  • Navigate designated delivery areas and adverse terrain including multi-story buildings for deliveries

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
  • Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
