Assistant Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations, while setting a strong example and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations during shift
• Set a positive example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and store cleanliness
• Work to a schedule and maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
• Provide great customer service and ensure attendance & punctuality
• Conduct local marketing efforts to drive profitability
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients
• Prepare product and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily

Requirements

• Judgment skills
• Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly)
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
