About This Role

This role is for an Assistant Manager at Domino's, focusing on overseeing all aspects of shift operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. The position offers career progression towards becoming a store manager.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
Be responsible for all store operations
Greet customers and take orders
Operate the cash register and collect payments
Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to recipes and procedures
Deliver products safely and courteously
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Requirements

Experience leading a team
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
Access to reliable transportation
Full open availability
Must be at least 18 years old
