About This Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of shift operations, including customer service, inventory, cash control, and team management, while ensuring product quality and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
  • Be responsible for all store operations
  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Operate cash register and collect payments
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to standards
  • Deliver product by vehicle safely and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
  • Control costs, inventory, and cash

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Full open availability
  • At least 18 years old
