About This Role

Lead and manage a Domino's restaurant team, focusing on operational excellence, customer service, and achievement of cost controls and company goals during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for everything that happens during your shift
• Work towards company goals including cost controls (inventory, labor, cash)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Set the example for the team by following all company policies and procedures
• Hold team members accountable for following company policies and procedures
• Meet cost control and service goals
• Manage the store's organization and cleanliness to acceptable standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to operate all store equipment
