Assistant Manager

About This Role

Lead and manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. Set an example for the team by adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during a shift
• Lead the team and set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Be responsible for staffing, paperwork submission, food management, and scheduling
• Maintain image standards and store cleanliness
• Oversee local marketing efforts and ensure profitability
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, and work alone and with others
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment
• Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines
• Take inventory and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously for customer satisfaction
• Navigate delivery areas to locate addresses and deliver products
• Utilize computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change
