The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring business goals are met. This role combines leadership, administrative duties, and customer service to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage Store Operations and Drive Results
- Build an Effective Team
- Provide Best in Class Customer Service
- Maintain Food Safety and Team Member Safety
- Operate and Troubleshoot Technology
Requirements
- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or applicable role
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from team
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Nice to Have
- Prior leadership experience preferred
