Lead and manage all aspects of store operations during a shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash management, and customer relations, while also performing duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store during a shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
- Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
- Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
- Greet customers and take orders
- Operate cash register and collect payments
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to standards
- Deliver products safely and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
Requirements
- Experience leading a team managing 3 to 30 people during a shift
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Access to reliable transportation
- Full open availability
- Must be at least 18 years old
