About This Role

Lead and manage all aspects of store operations during a shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash management, and customer relations, while also performing duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the store during a shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
  • Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Operate cash register and collect payments
  • Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to standards
  • Deliver products safely and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team managing 3 to 30 people during a shift
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Full open availability
  • Must be at least 18 years old
