Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls during your shift
- Oversee inventory control
- Handle cash control procedures
- Manage customer relations
- Set an example for the crew by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
- Ensure all team members also follow policy and procedures
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be 18 years or older
