Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost control, inventory, cash, and customer relations, while ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. This role prepares individuals for further advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls during your shift
• Oversee inventory control
• Handle cash control responsibilities
• Manage customer relations
• Set an example for the crew
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Ensure the crew follows all policy and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
