About This Role

Assist in the design, bill of materials, and scheduling of fire alarm projects for a nationally recognized fire protection company. Coordinate with field superintendents and other project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the design, bill of materials, and scheduling of fire alarm projects
  • Assist in tasks related to the sales and estimation of alarm products
  • Responsible for documentation and job logs
  • Coordinate with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for Alarm Department needs and progress
  • Assist field and office staff

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Fire Protection or Electrical Building Systems
  • NICET certification
  • Interested in high paced, large construction projects
  • Excellent communication with team members and project staff
