About This Role

The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for supporting account teams by managing project tasks, drafting content, conducting research, and coordinating meetings to make a difference in global public health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Keep projects on task by staying organized, juggling multiple requests, developing and maintaining client-facing project management documents like timelines, agendas, and budget trackers
  • Develop content calendars and asset recommendations for client’s social media channels, including drafting copy for LinkedIn, Meta, and X
  • Assist account teams with drafting and editing client-facing memos to provide counsel on strategy
  • Perform media monitoring and research, analyze metrics, and compile reports to understand the landscape and track success
  • Schedule and coordinate client, internal, and vendor meetings and video calls
  • Assist project teams with day-to-day execution of client work, including conducting research, writing and editing documents, pitching reporters, and coordinating logistics
  • Become well-versed on assigned clients and their priorities and issue areas
  • Learn the firm's services such as communications, event planning, production, creative development, advertising, and social media
  • Adapt to new skills and situations, balance multiple clients and deadlines, and clearly communicate project status

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous internship or experience in community service, political campaigns, public relations, communications, journalism, public policy, advertising, or related fields

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • Previous internship or experience with community service, political campaigns, public relations, communications, journalist, public policy, advertising or related field
