Join a production team in Somerset, NJ, as a 3rd Shift Assembly Operator, responsible for assembling products to specifications and maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency during overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Identify and report defects, issues, or equipment malfunctions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight (3rd shift) hours consistently
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
