Assemble heat exchanger cores using various equipment and hand tools, ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cores for heat exchangers
- Operate equipment and tools to stretch, compress, size and cut FIN material
- Conduct general deburring of parts to meet quality standards
- Utilize basic hand tools and general mechanical tools effectively
Requirements
- High School diploma, Trade School Diploma, or GED
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and operational directions communicated in English
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time during a shift
- Ability to work in a production environment with constant standing and movement
Qualifications
- High School diploma, Trade School Diploma, or GED required
