Manage facility services team in Tri-Cities, WA, overseeing janitorial operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Drive leadership, employee engagement, customer engagement, growth, and safety strategies.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage key operational functions
- Develop and maintain relationships of trust and engagement with on-site client
- Ensure standards for service quality, equipment, safety and performance are maintained
- Implement processes and structure in alignment with strategic initiatives
- Develop, monitor, and report on operating costs within functional areas
- Build a culture of work safety and lead by example
- Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively
- Conduct regular operations staff / training meetings
- Manage budget and control expenses effectively
- Use Microsoft Office-based cost management system to audit budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading a complex and multi-site team
- Understanding of budgeting, labor and expense management, basic understanding of financial and accounting practices
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and coaching skills
- Ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Highly adaptable to changes and competing demands
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English & Spanish
- Floor Care Experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading a complex and multi-site team; janitorial, distribution, manufacturing, mechanical, or service-related industry experience preferred.
