The Tulane Architecture Fellowship is a two-year visiting assistant professor position at Tulane University's School of Architecture and Built Environment. This role mentors emerging academics, contributes to architectural education, and supports independent research within the School's diverse programs, focusing on community engagement and climate action.
Responsibilities
- Teach architecture studios and courses aligned with expertise
- Pursue an independent research trajectory
- Contribute across the School’s programs including B.Arch, BSA, M.Arch, and M.S.ARC
- Collaborate with related programs in the built environment and design
- Support the School's initiatives in community-engaged design and interdisciplinary research studios
Requirements
- Terminal degree in architecture (Master of Architecture) or an equivalent graduate professional degree, doctorate, or Ph.D. in architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in area of expertise
- Demonstrable commitment to rigorous design research and innovative curricula
Qualifications
- Master of Architecture or equivalent graduate professional degree, doctorate, or Ph.D. in architecture or a related field
