About This Role

This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Designer role located in Chapel Hill, NC, responsible for creating architectural designs and construction drawings. The designer will collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and project goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop architectural designs
• Prepare construction drawings
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with building codes
• Contribute to urban planning projects
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative design solutions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture methodologies
• Strong skills in Construction Drawings and Documentation
• Ability to create detailed Drawings that adhere to project requirements
• Understanding and experience in Urban Planning concepts and applications
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as ArchiCAD
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Entry level
