The Electrical Apprentice will provide field-based project support, focusing on high-quality, customer-friendly electrical packages for Native Energy Solutions (NES) in the oil and gas, industrial, and related industries. This role involves direct communication with project leads and supervisors, and ensuring timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Conform to company and customer safety procedures
- Participate in project safety meetings
- Complete tasks as directed
- Work with project lead as necessary
- Attend job sites
- Maintain required productivity levels
- Coordinate project requirements as needed
- Provide call-out support as necessary
- Work with vendors to support field operations
Requirements
- Electrical Trainee Certification according to state requirements
- Some electrical service work experience
- Knowledge of electrical codes
- Ability to understand schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Two-year or trade degree in related field preferred
- Some electrical service work experience.
