Appian BPM Developer

About This Role

Serve as a BPM expert in Appian to design, configure, and implement process and workflow solutions, ensuring adherence to enterprise architectures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BPM expert in Appian tool setup, configuration, design, process, and workflow usage, enterprise development, standards, and best practices usage, training, and delivery
• Analyze and support system requirements and functional specifications to make design decisions, including independent judgment on any changes, enhancements, resolutions to roadblocks, and identified defects
• Deliver and recommend BPM solutions that adopt enterprise BPM and SOA architectures, patterns, policies, standards, guidelines, principles, procedures, and methodology
• Work closely with Architects to define/refine BPM maturity progression
• Build BPM reference implementations and integrations with other patterns, components, and systems while working with Solution Architects and other Technical Leads
• Leverage collaboration techniques for identifying reuse opportunities with other team members and execute on reuse objectives
• Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies such as Databases, Active Directory, Security/Web APIs, Ping, Snowflake, Dremio and other internal systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• BPM expertise in Appian setup, configuration, design, process, and workflow usage
• Experience with enterprise development, standards, and best practices
• Ability to analyze and support system requirements and functional specifications
• Experience in delivering BPM solutions that align with enterprise BPM and SOA architectures
• Ability to build BPM reference implementations and integrations
• Experience with enterprise integrations using Databases, Active Directory, Security/Web APIs, Ping, Snowflake, Dremio
• Java based plug-ins development
