This role is responsible for overseeing the supply chain planning for wafer foundry operations, including creating PIOs, tracking work-in-progress, and managing wafer RMA activities. The analyst will also manage programmed cycle times and capacity, publish forecasts, and interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create PIOs for weekly, monthly, and out-of-cycle wafer starts
- Track WIP (planned start, actual start, ship commit, and actual ship dates) in Foundry db for the purpose of supporting downstream Probe and Assembly planning, measuring cycle times, queue, and on-time delivery to our CRD
- Manage Wafer RMA activities (Returns, Credit Memos, RMA Database tracking)
- Set, maintain, and manage programmed cycle times, and capacity in Adexa to align with foundry cycle time commitments
- Smoothie forecasts, and Foundry committed allocation
- Create and publish monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Interface and communicate regularly with Supplier counterparts
- Interface with Procurement to manage Purchase Order tracking
- Interface with Engineering to manage mask conversions for outstanding WIP
- Interface with Finance to track standard costs, and projected deliveries ($)
- Interface with Marketing and Planning for wafer delivery expedites, priorities, and delivery date confirmation
- Participate and support QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with Tier I and II Foundries
- Support monthly Cap Rat and Foundry Operations Review chart content
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- Excel skills
- PowerPoint skills
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent required
- 0-3 years of professional experience
Nice to Have
- Internship or related experience in a Planning or Manufacturing capacity
- Tableau skills
- User-level/theoretical knowledge of ERP and Supply Chain Software systems
