Analyst - Digital Optimization eCommerce

About This Role

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining ecommerce testing and general web analytics support, creating meaningful site operations and customer journey optimizations. The role involves test creation, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional departments to drive optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ecommerce testing and general web analytics support
• Create test plans and analyze results for website optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement site operations and customer journey optimizations
• Assist with reporting, dashboard building, and data analysis
• Collaborate with teams to design, build, maintain and manage dashboards
• Develop and further optimize web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4
• Lead testing analyst leveraging testing and analytics tools
• Analyze data to support project goals and translate results into business actions
• Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity
• Lead or participate in multiple testing projects, managing project scope and ensuring on-time delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Technology
• 6+ years demonstrated application in online testing, web analytics, data or business intelligence field
• Strong web analytic tools knowledge (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, A/B Tasty, Google Cloud Platform, Looker, Tableau)
• Understanding of online marketing and testing principles (conversion optimization, cross- and upsell, audience segmentation, A/B testing, merchandising, web analytics)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Technology
• 6+ years demonstrated application (internship, co-op, work experience) in online testing, web analytics, data or business intelligence field
