Alliances Manager

About This Role

This role will own and scale hyperscaler partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to expand and operationalize global partnership frameworks. The Alliances Manager will drive strategic cloud alliances into repeatable, revenue-driving motions and influence pipeline, revenue, and Marketplace adoption.

Responsibilities

• Expand Cast AI’s hyperscaler partnership framework, processes, and playbooks with AWS, GCP, and Azure globally.
• Tune and build the "Better Together" Story to accelerate co-build, co-marketing, and co-sell opportunities.
• Create, track, and expand co-sell opportunities that directly influence pipeline and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to deliver co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and field events.
• Build cross-functional alignment with sales, SEs, product, marketing, and finance to ensure cloud alliances translate into repeatable wins.
• Measure and report KPIs around partner-sourced opportunities, adoption metrics, and revenue influence.
• Drive and accelerate Marketplace adoption and transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct experience working and collaborating with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Existing relationships with AWS/Azure/GCP sales teams
• Understanding and familiarity with Hyperscaler Partner Programs, Competencies and Tracks
