This role involves instructing and mentoring future aircraft dispatch professionals, focusing on real-world experience and operational control to prepare them for FAA exams and successful careers in aviation. You will develop technical skills, enhance professional confidence, and instill an understanding of safe flight operations.
Responsibilities
- Share expertise in aircraft dispatch to shape the next generation of professionals
- Work with motivated learners to understand responsibilities and quick-thinking required in operational control
- Help students build strong technical skills, professional confidence, and a clear sense of their role in safe and efficient flight operations
- Coach, mentor, and champion each learner in small class sizes
- Help students build confidence as they prepare for FAA written and practical exams
- Offer hands-on simulations, thoughtful feedback, and individualized support
- Foster a professional, energized learning environment where students feel challenged, supported, and inspired
- Teach weekly evening classes
