Provide exceptional phone-based technical support to customers for agricultural equipment and technology, primarily John Deere products. Diagnose issues, guide solutions, and ensure efficient operation of customer equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers and locations with technical information and support on equipment.
- Deliver superior phone support for agricultural equipment and technology, primarily John Deere product lines.
- Assist customers and internal employees by troubleshooting issues and guiding them toward effective solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of specialists to share knowledge and resolve complex problems.
- Log and manage all customer interactions in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Answer inbound customer calls and initiate the resolution process for equipment and technology issues.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners to ensure information is shared.
- Compile, review, and disseminate technical data.
- Develop a quality control system including metrics for tracking performance expectations.
- Propose training initiatives based on information collected through phone support.
- Work with parts and service departments to obtain technical information from OEMs.
- Assist in monitoring PIPs for the region and work with service management for timely completion.
- Maintain a database of technical solutions and share with service departments.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with store service management.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of call center operations
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, store personnel, and management
- Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changing needs
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Qualifications
- Industry experience preferred.
