Aerospace Sales Support

About This Role

Provide comprehensive sales and customer service support for Fastenal's aerospace division, assisting with quoting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and accounts. Work closely with local and other Fastenal sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quoting, sourcing, sales, and customer service for aerospace products
• Manage inventory, including placing and fulfilling orders
• Receive and ship inventory
• Assist with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, as needed
• Support local sales teams and sales for other Fastenal branches

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Current full valid driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Highly motivated, self directed, and customer service oriented
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
• Meet requirements to legally handle CUI/ITAR products and data
• Pass required drug screen

Nice to Have

• Associate's degree in Business/Marketing or a related field (or working towards)
