About This Role

This advanced practice provider supports the rapidly expanding Amyloidosis Center, an international referral center for patients with amyloidosis and rare protein misfolding diseases. The role involves coordinating patient care in ambulatory multidisciplinary clinics and working with various specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordination of patient care in the ambulatory multidisciplinary clinic in a shared practice model
  • Perform record review
  • Conduct medication reconciliation
  • Handle patient intake
  • Manage post-evaluation contact
  • Coordinate patient care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary clinical, research and teaching conferences
  • Participate in clinical research studies or other research

Requirements

  • NP or PA certification

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of practice experience is recommended.
