About This Role

This Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) RN role involves managing and developing programs to meet community needs, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service. The role requires a dynamic leader to drive program growth and maintain compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the performance of existing ADHC programs
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and improve services
• Ensure all programs are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
• Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to open additional ADHC centers
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Lead, mentor, and support ADHC staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Provide training and guidance to program managers and staff to ensure high standards of care
• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation to ensure program sustainability
• Ensure all program documentation, including reports and records, is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using software for managing programs and reporting
