Supervise and mentor an Adolescent Residential team to deliver excellent substance use care in Greenville, NC. This role ensures program compliance, staff training, budget monitoring, and administrative policy adherence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 24-hour adolescent residential treatment team in Greenville, NC
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Conduct team training
- Monitor budget and administrative policies
- Provide site supervision
- Directly supervise 12 staff members to ensure growth and consistency
- Ensure continued financial viability of the program
Requirements
- Ability to meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) criteria
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Valid state-appropriate driver’s license
- Experience auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field preferred with substance use experience
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, preferably in adolescent substance use
Nice to Have
- Substance use experience (with Bachelor's Degree)
- Supervisory experience in adolescent substance use
