Admissions Representative

About This Role

Recruit qualified candidates for academic programs, guiding potential students through the enrollment and admissions process. The role involves extensive interaction with prospects and students to support their educational journeys.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for the college’s academic programs in a compliant and professional manner
• Provide basic information and routine guidance to potential students on enrollment and admissions
• Evaluate and resolve student inquiries and issues, ensuring appropriate action is taken
• Uphold enrollment standards by complying with governmental regulations and accreditation standards
• Take inquiry calls and return web inquiries promptly, providing accurate program information
• Make outbound phone calls to potential students and generate new business leads
• Schedule and conduct student interviews, utilizing only approved company materials
• Meet with potential students to explain program offerings and match college benefits to student needs
• Serve as a liaison between students and campus, assisting with enrollment forms
• Complete daily activity reports and ensure all pre-start paperwork is accurate and timely

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
