About This Role

This role is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to administrative operations within a healthcare organization, equipping the candidate with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage office functions and support senior administrators. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience coordinating daily activities, managing communications, and assisting with project management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior administrators in managing daily office operations and schedules
  • Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external partners
  • Support the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Participate in project planning and execution under the guidance of experienced administrators
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
  • Learn and utilize administrative software and tools to streamline office processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care
  • Knowledge of data entry and database management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software platforms
  • Experience in customer service or client relations
